Brilliant Flowers All Around

Just received my copy of the Heart Healing CD and did "Receiving the Colors" this morning.

WOW.  

I could really FEEL the colors and was taken by surprise at the intensity of emotion that arose.  By the time I was finished, I felt rejuvenated and very, very good (open to receive!!).  All day as I was out driving around, I kept noticing many beautiful flowers everywhere, and finally as I returned home and saw yet another planting of totally vibrant, richly colored flowers, I wondered to myself why they were so brilliant and finally, I remembered having ET'd that track this morning (it takes me a while sometimes)!!  

Many thanks for Hypnodreams -- I'm going to put in an order for a few more to give to friends and family.  :-))

Skating Along On That Magical River

Thank you for the Wisdom of the Water CD. I am absolutely delighted with it. The music and the words together make for such a vivid and enticing experience, each track is a journey and discovery all of it’s own, each different in sounds and story, yet each equally compelling. I have not heard anything like this before.
 
The whole album is very hypnotic and soothing. You have to listen this with headphones to experience it in your whole being. I feel like I can settle down at anytime to take an exotic vacation, no matter where I am, how tired, or stressed I am, I can always find solace and escape with this very expert and soothing creation.
 
The title track is a real favourite of mine, I love the story and the crystal-like sounds that support the words as the tale unfolds, Pia’s singing on this track is exquisite, I feel uplifted every time I hear it.

I also love Ice River, the music and the story again interweave and support each other perfectly, I enjoy very much the images they conjure in my mind and often find myself taking a few minutes out during the day to indulge myself and skate along on that magical river.

Sounds Were Absolutely Nutritious
 

While listening to Wisdom of the Water, or the Heart Healing CD, or both, I was getting a lot of cross-over of senses; for example, the music was becoming colors, and the color evocation evoked musical notes as well as colors.

And another subject: electronic music compared to acoustic music.  I have to say, I have almost categorically hated electronic music, even though I have a digital piano and it's sure fun to play with the vast palette of sounds.. but there has always been something about the electronic new-age music that my nervous system just never could warm up to.

Whereas, live acoustic music always gave me some visceral satisfaction that I could never get with electronic music.. or even sometimes recorded acoustic music..

Then I listened to Silvia and Ananga's "Three CD's"  (which I think someday will be just as recognizable as the "Three Tenors", LOL!)..  and these sounds were absolutely nutritious to me.  Even the very synthy sounds.

Speaking The Language Of Spirit

Well, you and Ananga have outdone yourselves. Now I know what you mean when you say "other than." This is really.. other than other :-)
 
My first impression, when I heard the percussion come in was, aaaahh, thank you. I was wanting percussion. My nervous system used to be too raw for it, and now I crave it.
 
So as the percussion was coming in, there was another sound that reminded me of.. either a Tibetan singing bowl or a NY city subway, I couldn't tell which, LOL!! Then I guess it didn't matter. But either way, it evoked this immense sense of anticipation, that carried over through the rest of the piece.
 
Then, I have to say, same with the other HypnoDreams, I'm often drawn to listening to the pure sounds of the words, and getting their flavor, all sort of direct sensory stuff, and not paying as much attention to the meaning of the words.
 
It's as if the words are feeding me something very directly which I can take in so easily, and that's so satisfying. After that, to put meanings to the words and phrases seems almost unnecessary, or at least too much work :-). Does that make sense?
 
It's almost like listening to someone speaking in a language you don't know, but you can get the necessary meaning because the language of the spirit is what's really being spoken. And that communicates so easily.
 
During the track I had the experience of being carried along happily through the textures of the words and sounds (word sounds and music sounds).
 
Now, this is all very interesting, how much I respond to HypnoDreams, since I am a person who loathes listening to books on tape, or even being read to. Especially when I'm tired, even when I have the energy to talk to someone, sometimes it takes too much energy to listen to their response. So I guess I'm very sensitive to what I hear.
 
There's something about these HypnoDreams that feels completely right, like a food that nourishes not because it contains a bunch of good elements, but because of its felt sense of integrity. Maybe you can say more than I can about how that works!
 
I also really liked that the music extended a few minutes at the end.. it felt like a right balance.

Heart Healing In Church

My story is this, I was the featured speaker for the Healing Talk at our church yesterday. I spoke of Energy and energy systems which is new material for most of those there. As I neared the end of my five minutes, I asked the people to enter into an Energy exercise created by a Dr Silvia Hartman from Britain, rather than just listening to what I was saying. With Silvia's Heart Healing Poem in front of me, I asked one and all to join me in a Heart Healing.

One and all lifted their healing hands, in synchronistic movement with me as I began with “Place Your Own Healing Hands ...”  I could only wish at that point for Ananga's music however it was in my heart as a backdrop for what I was observing.

To watch so many faces, experience this phenomena was next to bliss. There was surprise, joy, wonder, curiosity, tears, and even blankness. A spectrum of emotions blossomed before my very eyes, and it was almost too much energy to handle.

From this space I called the "Healers" to their chairs (they do a type of laying on of hands as part of the church service). I don't "see" energy yet, but I do sense, and the room was softly electric.  (words fail) 

Afterwards, many expressed wanting to know more, and I was offered the opportunity to share about Energy Psychology and the Heart Healing CD at the Metaphysics class two Thursdays from hence. For a womyn who has been quietly observing life from the back of the room this is strong stuff ...and I am ever so grateful for EFT/ET, etc. to deal with all the emotions that this is stirring up. I feel as though I have a dragon by the tail and I'm in for a ride. 

And I can’t stop smiling!

Heart Healing In The Bush ...

I was a bit reluctant to listen to this Heart Healing thing. 

I mean it could have been embarrassing.....then what would I say ????  

But it  was great  !!!!! 

I gather people are using it in their therapy stuff but  sheeeet.... I just reacted to it with an open mind. Music is my inspiration and Silvia's otherworldly accent worked in perfectly with the mysterious swirling Celtic sound.  I could see the mists floating around.  

I loved the two voices ... it really added an unexpected dimension.

Incredibly Compassionate Healing For The Child Within

When listening to Heart Healing last night, I realised that it was doing me a great deal more good than anything I had heard in the genre so far in my self-healing journey. In fact, to be quite frank, Heart Healing is without comparison - a brand new experience!

The title track has so far resonated most with me, perhaps being the first step into a new direction for me, beginning with Heart Healing and ending with the final journey, 'The Child'. Celebration was very touching and gave me a sense of excitement and belonging all at once.

I am excited to experience all of these journeys again and again, because it has been my experience thus far that I feel and hear different little treasures each sitting.

The instrumentation is excellent, very sympathetic to the words spoken. Allowing you to have a complete representation of the 'story', and, in the manner of a movie, capture the mood even more so than if the words were spoken alone. Although I do feel the words alone would have an incredible impact , I realise we need the soundtrack to guide our subtle mind and heart to the place where our true and deepest feelings lay.

I found the flute on the soundtracks to be very evocative and sometimes very emotive for me. And there are drums! If, like me, you have subjected yourself to more run of the mill hypnosis recordings, you will understand that primarily the soundtracks will consist of waves, chirruping birds and such, but Ananga Sivyer has used drumming and percussion within her beautifully sensitive soundscapes, bravely and inventively.  

I, at times, wondered what came first, the words or the music. After pondering this a few whiles, I came to believe that they were born on the same moment of the same hour on the same day, conjoined twins, because both supports and feeds each other perfectly. There is no battle and no one without the other, in my opinion.

Silvia Hartmann's deliciously seductive voice allows us to unfold and grow along with the cadence of her remarkable poetry. I eagerly and trustingly took her hand when she asked me to be a part of my own stories and opened myself up to her because she asked me in such an incredibly compassionate and generous way. This is the voice of the Wounded Healer, directed directly for you. I trusted her voice so much so that if Silvia herself had knocked on my door as I was listening to Celebration, I would've invited her in and asked her to come and live with me.

I enjoyed, on a production level, the use of ethnic percussion, children's voices, most charmingly and sweetly used, the awesome flute parts, the heartfelt vocal talents of, if I am not mistaken, Pia of the New World Album Benediction Moon and the dynamically refined voice and words of Dr Hartmann herself.

This production surpasses itself. How can that be? Because it is bigger than even Silvia Hartmann and Ananga Sivyer know it to be. Everyone who has a cowering, broken child within can do no better than hear this grand and highly impressive recording - and let's face it, that is a LOT of us.

A Great Gift!

A friend gave me Heart Healing for a present. I was a bit sceptical because I am not really a meditation kind of a person but I must say I was really surprised how much I liked this album. 

Generally I found it very soothing and relaxing. Some of the tracks make me feel very sleepy which is a miracle for me since I usually have trouble getting off to sleep. I find Ocean Wood particularly soothing and love listening to the descriptions of the beach house and the journey to it.

I love the flute and the way the music illustrates the poems, the fact that such a variety of real flutes and instruments have been used I find very interesting, the sound of Silvia’s voice is incredible and fascinating and that combined with Pia’s amazing voice makes a very complete and wonderful experience. I’m very impressed by the combination of talents and how everything comes together.

My favourite track is Morning Light. I love the poem, very mood evoking I can imagine different things coming to mind each time I listen to it. Moroccan and Indian images of temples, landscapes and sunrises with beautiful banded skies and people awake and dancing.

I also really enjoy celebration - it makes me zing! I can really feel the mood of a celebration on this track – I love the line “your absence has been noted long with much regret” it makes me want to join the party.

It is amazing how these tracks can take me from being so relaxed that I can just sleep to wanting to party and dance,

I have never really noticed anything before that has such an immediate effect on me.

Wonder-Full Journeys

I am writing to say Thank You to Silvia and Ananga for their wonder-full HypnoDreams.

I have been wanting to experience trance for a long time but could never quite relax. I am not a natural English speaker. I often do not understand the words properly. Then I get worried about it. Silvia speaks so clearly and still so softly, I can finally see all the things in my minds eye that I have heard about but could not do by myself - until HypnoDreams!

Right from the start I knew this was different to all the many hypnosis tapes and CDs I have tried - there is something DIFFERENT about this, how it sounds, how it feels but mostly how I feel. It feels honest and strong, and I can go and relax and feel it will be ok.

It Is REAL, It Is Like Magic

I just had to write and tell you how ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL !!!!! your Star Diamond is.

I live on my own and I have been suffering from anxiety for many years. Sometimes I get really distressed, especially at night or when I heard something outside, then I can't get back to sleep and my thoughts go crazy.

I have a HUGE collection of hypnosis tapes and cds to take my mind of my own thoughts but I've never had anything like Star Diamond before. It is nearly shocking how it works and what it does, it slows me right down the instant it starts and the diamond is there, it is REAL, its like magic!

But more and this just happened and this is why I had to write to you, this is morning and I got really distraught when something happened to my computer (I thought there could be a virus) and there was the diamond - I could see it, right there and it slowed me down, in broad daylight!

This is really like magic, I can't tell you how much I appreciate this gift.

MARVELLOUS Help At Midnight!

I am not sure if this is how you are supposed to use HypnoDreams, but this was such a wonderful (and helpful) experience, I wanted to share it with you.

I had to move house recently. Although full of good intentions, I found myself well after midnight with all of the kitchen still to be packed up, and the moving company would be there at 7am the next morning. I was tired and distressed, physically worn out, but it had to be done.

Then I had the idea of putting "Freedom" on the CD player in the kitchen. I just wanted to take my mind of being so tired and my back and neck aching. I don't know what happened but when it stopped about an hour later, the boxes were all packed and I don't even remember doing it - AND I felt FINE!

That was just MARVELLOUS - so THANK you very much for being in my kitchen and helping me pack :-)

A Perfect State To Enter Into The Weekend

While cooking dinner this evening I suddenly started to feel shaky and noticed a dull ache in my left eye – in the past this has heralded the beginning of a whopping headache/migraine with an excruciating pain through one eye that goes on for hours...

I don’t get them as bad, or as frequently as I used to but occasionally they still occur at some level and today seemed to be one of those days. In the past as soon as I got a pain in one eye I would have a sense of dread of what was to come and there was little I could seem to do about it - so , knowing that anxiety really doesn’t help at such times, I decided to take my self off and retreat to my room with Star Diamond on my Ipod and put it on a loop and I honestly cannot tell you for how long or how many listenings that when on – I only know that at some time later R. came in to go to bed and I decided to get up and get a drink.

The relief and relaxation combined was very apparent. This things have always started in the evening and always lasted throughout the night with me not able to lie down because it makes the pain worse, so I sit there awake all night and feeling vile! This was very different, right now – just a few hours after the migraine eye pain was first noticed, I’m sitting here feeling fine – I have a slight sense of a storm having passed such as I would usually get the next day, when the whole thing had cleared. It always feels like something that has to be gone through – but this time it was much faster and much much milder, as if the HypnoDreams caught it and rushed it through very gently before it could get nasty.

Just wanted to let you know – whatever you are making here really works :-))

Hope For Anger Management

Yesterday evening I was engaged in a conflict that brought out the worst in me. I have very series anger management problems. I was very upset, I was trembling and terrified that I would go and do something stupid. In desperation, I put on "Beloved Golden" and prayed it would help.

I just can NOT believe how calm I became and how calm I remained after just one listening. I could literally feel all that rage lift away, moments after it had started and at the end I was back to myself. This might sound dumb but I am real grateful, I have never had anything to stop me once I get going, and now I do.

Accessing More If Not All Of Ourselves

I have an awareness regarding your work and that of other hypnosis techniques. Yours is really not a hypnosis to go in and reprogram the subconscious with new instructions, new positive affirmations and like that as is very popular now in days with the new scientific awareness that it's our "beliefs" etc. that program even our cells vs our genes etc.

I have been working with all of that, but as I work with your materials, I realize that we are working differently. As if regular hypnosis or other reprogramming techniques are not taking into consideration "all of ourselves". For example if I have a belief that I am ugly, and then I change it to I am beautiful...what happens to all the energetic stuff behind that belief? The suppressed energies?

It seems that the combination of your HypnoDreams and EmoTrance are working quite differently and accessing more if not "all of ourselves". And I have a bunch of hypnosis tapes, which I probably won't be using anymore.

It seems much more loving and accepting to use your materials and allowing things to come up and flow with it.
